An Operations Officer ensures that AeroDelft’s activities run smoothly in practice. You organise internal and external events, coordinate logistics for testing campaigns, and manage day-to-day operational tasks that allow the engineering teams to focus on building and testing the aircraft.

You work closely with a wide network of external parties, such as partners, venues, suppliers, event organisers, and service providers, coordinating everything from component deliveries to workshop visits and outreach events. Alongside this, you manage workspace organisation, support recruitment activities, and coordinate acquisitions and supply chain logistics, making sure that people, facilities, and equipment are in the right place at the right time.

This role suits someone who is structured and hands-on, comfortable communicating with external partners, and able to maintain overview across many parallel activities. You enjoy taking ownership, solving practical challenges, and working closely with engineers to make complex projects run smoothly.

An Exposure & Branding Officer shapes how AeroDelft presents itself to the world. You translate complex technical progress into compelling stories and ensure a consistent, recognisable brand across all channels. Creativity and clarity go hand in hand in this role.

You safeguard and develop AeroDelft’s brand identity while leading and managing all social media channels. You create engaging digital content, coordinate press contact and external communication, and oversee promotional materials and merchandise. You ensure that communication efforts remain aligned with events, partnerships, and the team’s technical progress.

You are creative and visually minded, while remaining structured and clear in your communication. You are strong in storytelling and content creation, consistent in maintaining brand identity, and comfortable translating complex technical topics into accessible and engaging narratives.
